• Each block is 30 pixels by 22 pixels and your graphics must be resized to fit this space exactly!

• Each 30 pixel by 22 pixel block runs only $10 USD. That is a great bargain of less than $.012 US cents per pixel of advertising space.

• You can however by larger blocks of space accordingly, keep in mind each block of 30 x 22 pixels costs $10.00 USD each.

• For each Photo Ave block you must have a photograph (.jpg format preferred), no web art, no text, and/nor other graphics.

• Blocks marked with R mean that they are being reserved for clients. To make a reservation of a space, your payment must be received in full and marked for use, via PayPal to DataWorkZ@DataWorkZ.com.

• At the moment, we are allowing placement at the buyers choice, with the only exceptions of prior Photo Ave space currently used and/or spaces reserved by our clients.

• Your photograph will be displayed until January 1, 2008. So the sooner you purchase your space, the better!

• Blocks are limited, there are only a finite amount of blocks available for 2007! Our grid system contains only 625 blocks, so after they are filled with advertisers, then spaces are not available until January 2008.

• If you own a block for the previous year, you then have first rights to the same block(s) starting January 2007, although you will receive an email from us prior to that.

• There are no changes or alterations to the photograph or your hyperlink, unless there is an error contained within our files.

• By purchasing our Photo Ave pixel space, your email address will be added to our email list. You can remove yourself from the list at any time; however, be reminded that if you purchase space and cannot be contacted for updates, you can loose your rights to the same ad space the following year. It is also wise to keep us informed of any email address changes throughout the entire year.

• Photo Ave Pixel space can only be purchased one year at a time.

• Your Photograph can contain some text such as a copyright signature or company name!

• Your Photograph has text associated with it when the mouse hovers over it, you can place up to 100 characters.

• Your Photograph is linked to only one website address only.

• Photographs shown can be for audiences suitable for any age, this includes youngsters who might be interested in photography! We will not allow materials deemed unsuitable for all ages. Under no circumstances will we allow gambling, violence, hatred, political opinions, or any other materials Photograph Avenue.com may deem unsuitable for our clientele.

• Excellent exposure for your photograph due to being a part of the DataWorkZ.com Network of sites!
